Please note that all prices are displayed in US dollars and will not be automatically converted to your local currency at checkout. Solise does not bear any exchange fees related to international orders. International transportation is limited to hardware and accessories only. E-liquid, disposable products and external batteries cannot be transported internationally or to overseas territories of the United States.
Processing
The processing time for all orders is 24 to 72 hours, regardless of the delivery method chosen. During this period, orders may be processed in different ways to ensure the security and accuracy of transactions. If your order is reserved for any reason, we will contact you by email.
Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will be processed on the next working day. All delivery times are calculated on working days. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday and is marked as requiring further review, we will contact you on the next working day.
International Buyers’ Notice: Orders are placed at your own risk! All buyers must understand the import laws of their country/region. Solise is not responsible for any items or packages that are intercepted and/or seized by the relevant jurisdiction and/or institution. Please contact your local government health agency for more information about prohibited items.
International buyers are requested to contact the local customs department for any information regarding tariffs and taxes. All tariffs and taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to goods returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned and incurs any return charges, such charges will be deducted from the refund of the returned goods. Solise is not responsible for any package delays caused by customs issues.
At present, we do not ship to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia and India. If you do not see your country/region at checkout, we will be unable to ship to that country/region.
Some modes of transportation may not be applicable to certain international regions
International freight:
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Standard international transportation may take 10 to 45 working days to arrive, but it may vary by destination. *
International priority delivery may take 7 to 14 working days, but it may vary by destination. *
The actual transportation days may vary depending on the departure point, destination and customs delays. Please contact the customs department of your country/region directly for more information.

International mail/freight forwarding service:
All orders have undergone a selection and packaging process to ensure that all goods have been properly assembled and remain intact. Solise promises that all products are sent in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer. However, for customers who choose to send their orders by mail or through a freight forwarder, once the package is delivered intact to the freight forwarder,
This guarantee will become invalid. These services usually repackage our products, so we are not responsible for the following, including but not limited to: damage, missing goods and problems that occur after the first delivery. This guarantee also applies after the order arrives at the final destination.
Lost or undelivered packages:
Solise is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any issues arising from unreceived packages must be resolved by the customer contacting the designated postal company on their own. Solise is committed to maintaining and resolving such issues. Any incorrect delivery problems must be reported within 24 hours after the last tracking update.
Please note that incorrect or incomplete address input by users will lead to delays, returns and other issues, thereby affecting the smooth shipment of orders. Solise shall not be held responsible for any charges arising from user input errors or incomplete addresses.
Order difference:
If your goods are damaged, missing or have incorrect information, you must contact us by email within 48 hours after the package is delivered. After your claim is submitted, reviewed and approved, we will assist you in resolving this issue. Regrettably, we are unable to provide re-shipment or replacement services on an international scale.
Cancel and modify orders:
Due to the large volume of orders received by Solise, in order to provide the fastest service to customers, once an order has been placed and is being processed, we will not be able to change or modify any order.
We will carefully check all the information on the website. However, errors may occur occasionally, or the manufacturer may update information that we are not aware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information, but we are not responsible for printing errors.
