Compliance of the Contract Act
Starting from March 27, 2021, PACT will require online retailers to impose state and local excise taxes on e-cigarette products and demand that all deliveries nationwide be signed by an adult (aged 21 and above). Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, as well as state and federal registration and reporting.

California Order:
According to California’s STAKE Act, we must contact customers whose orders need to be delivered to California. We will contact the customer through the automatic telephone service to confirm your order. These calls will be made after 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We are unable to deliver California orders to post office boxes. All California orders must be delivered to the verified billing address.

Sales tax
We need to impose sales tax on some states. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address information used in the order. In some cases, the freight charges may be subject to sales tax. These regulations are jointly formulated by state governments and local governments.
