Solise™ Refund/Return Policy

We have a 45-day return policy.

If you need a refund, please send an email to us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible, including the order number, name, address, phone number and the reason for the return. Please note that we may ask you to send photos and/or videos of damaged or defective goods via email before returning them. We may also offer troubleshooting steps to speed up the return process and help you avoid any return fees.

If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return of the goods to us. Any refund, store credit or exchange will be issued after the return is received and processed.

If the received items have appearance damage from the manufacturer, consumable issues, damage upon arrival (DOA), or any lost or incorrect items, a report must be made within 48 hours of delivery!

Consumables:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used consumables. Consumables include but are not limited to e-liquid, atomizing cores, cartridges, disposable consumables and batteries. No re-shipping service is provided for any consumables.

Alternative equipment:
The alternative equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. If the returned goods contain any form of medium and the goods are confiscated (not delivered to our factory), we will not be liable for your losses. If the goods have been received and there are any residual odors or medium particles, we will charge a 15% return fee.


A 15% return processing fee may be charged if the following situations occur:

1. The returned goods have been opened and/or are defect-free.

2. The returned goods have defects caused by physical damage or user operational errors.

3. Items that have not been cleaned and emptied before returning.

4. No cause of the defect was found during the return assessment, or it could be resolved through simple troubleshooting steps.


Return shipping fee:
The customer is required to bear the return shipping fee for defect-free goods. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Promotion terms and conditions:
Promotional items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the promotional goods are determined to be defective, we will only refund or provide store points equivalent to the purchase amount of the goods. Promotional items are non-exchangeable.

Reject the order
If the customer or the carrier refuses to accept the package for any reason, the freight will not be refunded. If your order enjoys free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost of that order from your refund.

Refund process:
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) or issued in the form of store credits. Solise is not responsible for refunding the funds to prepaid cards that the cardholder no longer holds or cancelled credit cards.
We will carefully check all the information on the website. However, errors may occur occasionally, or the manufacturer may update information that we are not aware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information, but we are not responsible for printing errors.
