Processing

No matter which delivery method is chosen, the processing time for all orders is 24 to 72 hours. All transportation times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday). The pick-up date is counted as Day 0. Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed at this time will continue to be processed on the next working day. All orders must be signed and confirmed by an adult before shipment.

State and contract law compliance: Many states have restrictions or regulations that must be adhered to. Please refer to the compliance page

Restricted transportation: We are currently unable to deliver to military addresses that include APO, FPO or DPO.

Free shipping within the United States is available for orders over 77 US dollars! Free shipping is applicable to all listed U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories. This offer is only available for online purchase. The minimum consumption amount is 77 US dollars (after discount, before tax). Eligible orders can choose free shipping at checkout. All orders must be signed and confirmed by an adult (as required by law). A fee ranging from $9.99 to $10.99 will be charged for choosing free shipping.

The transportation time does not include our processing time of 24 to 72 hours. We do not guarantee the transportation time and the freight is non-refundable.


Economical delivery: The transportation time is 5 to 9 working days
Standard delivery: 3 to 6 working days
Free shipping: The free shipping service is only applicable to orders that are discounted, do not include applicable taxes and fees, and have an amount exceeding $80. Please note that according to the new regulations, the free delivery service still requires an additional charge for adult signatures.

According to the new PACT Act, an additional shipping fee signed by an adult will be charged for all orders


Order Tracking

Although we are committed to providing the fastest and most reliable service, Solise cannot guarantee transportation and delivery times. After placing an order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified in your account. You can also access (https://www.Solise.com/orders.asp) to check the tracking information after login.

 

Lost or undelivered packages:

Solise is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any problems arising from unreceived packages must be negotiated and resolved by the customer with the carrier on their own. Solise is committed to maintaining and resolving such issues. Any incorrect delivery problems must be reported within 24 hours after the last tracking update. Please note
Incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the user will lead to delays, returns and other problems that affect the successful delivery of orders. Solise shall not be liable for any and all costs arising from incorrect or wrong address information input by users.


Delivery to the freight forwarder:

Solise is committed to ensuring that all orders are dispatched intact to provide the best customer experience. For customers who choose to ship through mail or freight forwarding services, this guarantee will expire once the package is safely and undamaged delivered to the forwarding service’s US address. These services usually repackage our products.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage, missing goods and/or other problems that occur after the first delivery. Once the order is safely delivered to the delivery address you provided, Solise will no longer be responsible for the delivery and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues such as loss, damage and breakage, customs seizure, and missing goods.


Order difference:

If your goods are damaged, missing or have incorrect information, you must contact us by email within 48 hours after the package is delivered. After your claim is submitted, reviewed and approved, we will assist you in resolving this issue.


Cancel and modify orders:

The order can be modified within 30 minutes after being placed. After modification, if you need to change the order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Due to the large order volume of Solise, we are committed to providing the fastest service to our customers. Therefore, after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it will be modified, changed or cancelled according to your requirements.


Sales tax

We need to impose sales tax on some states. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address information used in the order. In some cases, the freight charges may be subject to sales tax. These regulations are jointly formulated by state governments and local governments.


The shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to goods returned to our warehouse. If any return charges are incurred when your package is returned, these charges will be deducted from the refund of the returned goods.
