Warranty returns and exchanges

Guarantee

Solise ‘s warranty applies only to the original purchaser (the “purchaser”) who purchases any item at www.solise-cigarette.com, provided that the item is free from material and workmanship defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by the following reasons:

The product may be modified, changed, repaired or serviced by any individual or company other than Solise
Accidents, physical abuse or misuse of items in a manner inconsistent with the purposes indicated in the manual; or
Use the item for any purpose other than its intended use
This warranty stipulates that if the product is proved to be defective (subject to the warranty conditions), the purchaser has the right to replace the product within 30 days after purchase.

Receipt
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipts.

Return and exchange period
All products are available for 30 days.

Solise reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

Return and exchange methods
According to the above warranty, refund and exchange policies, if your Solise is not functioning properly, please follow these 3 simple steps:

Please send your Return Authorization (RMA#) application to our Customer Service department (CS@solise-cigarette.com) for approval. Please indicate “Application for Return Authorization Number” in the subject of the email. Please include the following contents in the body of the email:
(a) Complete contact information of the purchaser, including your last name and given name

(b) Order Number

(c) Purchase date of the goods

(e) Telephone and fax numbers

(g) Email address

(h) Delivery address

(i) Reason for the return, detailing the difficulties you have encountered.

Processing your request requires all the above items.

 

Within two working days after receiving your email, our customer service department will review the information you provide and send you a return authorization number (RMA#) via email. Please do not send us any goods unless you receive RMA#.
After receiving RMA#, please safely place the returned goods in a padded envelope and attach a copy of the email sent by our customer service department with RMA# and the goods receipt inside the package.


Once our customer service department receives the returned item from you, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that we have received the item. The email we send to you will include the estimated delivery time of the Solise item you have replaced.

Solise reserves the right to refund defective goods at its sole discretion rather than replace them. The refund amount must not exceed the current online price of the product, but the shipping fee will be deducted
